Client & Donor Relations Manager
Aya is a relationship-driven professional with a background in public policy, urban development, and digital transformation. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to cultivating partnerships, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting fundraising and client engagement efforts. With experience across government, nonprofit, and private sectors, Aya excels at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Urban Innovation and Policy from University College London and a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Frank Hernandez coordinates the Innovations in Philanthropy summits. He is the first point of contact for attendees and prospective attendees, handling invitation requests, registration, the AI Executive Briefing, hotel and travel questions, and referrals. He also manages summit logistics from the room block through the closing session, working with the hotel, the faculty, and the Teapot Mountain team so that each convening runs as planned.

Pablo is a development and international affairs professional based in Arlington, Virginia. He most recently served as Director of Development Operations at the White House Historical Association. Prior to that, he was a Political Appointee at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), serving as a Special Assistant in the Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean. He also completed an internship with the White House Office of COVID-19 Operations during the Biden–Harris administration.
In addition, Pablo served as a College and Career Readiness VISTA with AmeriCorps in Washington, D.C, advancing college access and career pathways for students. He holds a Master of Science in Terrorism and Homeland Security Policy from American University and a double major in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Florida.
His career reflects a strong commitment to public service, international development, and nonprofit management.

Lydia is a strategic communications and public affairs professional with over 15 years of corporate, government, and nonprofit experience. She is a collaborative problem solver with a proven track record of synthesizing complex topics into compelling narratives, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and developing integrated communications and development strategies to advance organizational objectives. She brings experience from Linde plc, the U.S. Department of State, The White House Historical Association, New York University, Apollo Global Management, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. She has served on the Board of Fellows of Trinity College (CT), and as a Trustee and Treasurer of the New York Marble Cemetery in New York City.
